Message from the Organizing Committee:
With the fast-changing developments around COVID-19, various travel bans and social distancing measures put in place, it is uncertain what the situation will be like in a couple of months, and if it will be safe and possible, to gather and travel to Athens in June for the EURODYN 2020 from different parts of the world.
As it seems likely that this uncertainty will persist for some months before sufficient global immunity has developed and confidence returns to international travel, we decided to postpone the EURODYN 2020 to 23-25 November 2020, at the same place and venue.
The registration fee payments as well as the submitted contributions are automatically transferred to the new dates and no action is required from your side.
E-conference tools will be available for the authors who will not be able to travel and physically present their presentation. Online presentations will be available via a web conference platform during the corresponding scheduled session. Full instructions will be given in due course.
Those who wish to cancel their participation to EURODYN 2020 for the new dates, are referred to the refund policy on the conference website. For practical reimbursement kindly contact the Conference Secretary Eva Konti, at email@example.com.
We hope that you and your families are fine and not impacted too much by the developments around the coronavirus.
We look forward to seeing you in Athens in November 2020 in a much healthier situation. Be careful and stay safe.
